    where is #21 i remember being there and seeing it. i remember those 2 guys standing and taking pictures in front of it. I remember it being really sweet….But for the life of me i cannot remember where the fuck i was when i saw it. #toomuchweed … i think i was in DC.. maybe when i was in LA for NYE…someone has to know where this is and help my maryjane rattled brain

    Reminds me of a '60s protest song, "Tar and Cement", lamenting the paving over of the writer's neighborhood and childhood memories. And, Janis Joplin's song phrase, "…they paved paradise and put up a parking lot…". Sad indeed. And it's called "progress". To some. Some is, of course, needed. Some, not so much.
