#11 Have you seen my stapler?

TSA doing pat downs at proms, malls and checkpoints on roads. Wake up!!! Learn to read, not just watch fox news.

I bet most bombs are found old old honky ladies, because that's who I most frequently see searched.

  • Freddie

The point is it is a violation of the Constitution: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

If we want to legalize unwarranted searches of personal property (boobies, vag and peckers are personal) then we as a nation (rule of law nation) must change the laws.

We have already given up our rights to fair taxation, personal privacy, the right to vote for our candidate of choice (we basically are forced to vote for a R or a D), and I could go on but it will cause too much debate.

    • Freddie

When I said change the laws I meant change the Constitution.

Also, in one year we will lose more people to traffic related deaths (about 40,000) than the number of lives lost (including everyone that died on 9/11) in airplanes even if we count EVERY year from the beginning of commercial flight! So no, you are not allowed to strip search me via x-ray, radiate me, or touch me in the name of fake safety. Try taking a few driver's licenses away first (which are not protected by the Constitution) and save some real lives.

If I look or act suspicious, yes search me! That IS probably cause. Granny? That is PC.

I've had to pat downs and test to see if i have gun powder on my hands, they will usually pull a random person to do these test much like a factory doing test on their products.

What the fuck does this have to do with the TSA?

      • dub

It's all part of the police state, homie. One by one rights are being given up.

America is in a state of indoctrination. We are slowly becoming more comfortable and accepting of things like warrant-less searches, full body scanners, and most importantly, the TSA.

If we were really concerned about protecting our people and our territory, our soldiers would be here doing just that – not over there doing just the opposite.

Someday you will need to stop trusting and find truths for yourself. Until then, save it – we all have TV.

They still refuse to acknowledge who America's enemies really are. So if we pat the nun down, we are allowed to pat down the women in the burkas? How about we just keep better records of the "students" from the middle east that get into the US, but never show up for class?

  • love the reaction!

TSA: " We use the back of our hands so its not considered sexual assault."

So does that mean its not rape if I use the back of my penis?

  • dush

sad and sickening, none of those people should be subjected to that.
    TSA = Theatrical Security Association

#1, #13, #23 If they're bombing the US, we all deserve to just die anyway

  • dave

Small problem – the bad guys will use people who don't fit the profile, and they'll simply walk right through. Then the profile will be updated. Rinse, repeat. The only way to stop this is to stop people wanting to blow shit up. Simple as. Start to take the grievances of people in other nations seriously – address them if they are legitimate, and if they're not, show the world how they are not. Talk to terrorists before they become terrorists – when they're concerned citizens' groups. It's not rocket science. The mentality that there will always be terrorists is fucking pathetic. You've bought into the kool-aid.

    • jimbojones

And yet profiling works very well in countries that are much more dangerous. The facts are that the TSA screenings are cumbersome and ineffectual, while profiling has proven effective in other countries.

WTF is going on in #17?

#10 Zero tolerance means: anything that can be used as a weapon, is a weapon. And how my penis makes it on the plane every single time is befuddling.

  • agreatsign

    Absolutely fucking ridiculous.
This isn't for our safety, this is getting people accustomed to life in a police state.
Want to do the job right? Racially profile!

  • Sam

    FUCK THE TSA!!!!

  • Nanook

PLEASE! Whack that fool on the head with a ruler! #18
