Rachel McAdams stated that they had to use a body double in several of the scenes (including the one in the gif) because she was nursing bumps and bruises from a previous scene were they had to tumble around. Just google "McAdams Injured On Morning Glory Set" for the story. It doesn't state who the body double is but it seems to be the consensus around the web.
