      I used irfanview (free – I'm using ver 4.10), go to Options and under Stop Animation you can select Extract all Frames…and enjoy

      as Jason says below though, just a little landing strip :)

    download hypercam and take a 10 second video then import to movie maker and watch frame by frame. just a landing strip, this is just another method
