    FIRST triumphant HAHA.
sadly now i'm one of those people

    • RobBroad4th

      Yep. Just don't do it.

  • James

fark that. got sweaty palms and a dry mouth just watching it!

  • FionnR

Where is that? 😀 …looks like Germany, very clean and industrial 😛

    • Katoun

      Japan 🙂

    • walther

Its Japan. which is also very clean and industrial.

      • ...

        and under water….

        • Paul

          Hey 'oh!!!

    • FionnR

      Thanks guys 😀

  • Spoony_Love

    This is 'Merica!
    Joplin, Missouri

  • Onanny

Pfffffffffff…. This is weaksauc- fuck, I may have just shat myself

  • Annie

actually I believe this is in japan… they just set a new record.

    • DudeBro

I think it's Fuji Q Highland near Shizuoka. I could be wrong, but that was the world record holder for two different rollercoasters back when I rode them.

    • http://twitter.com/jlopezane @jlopezane

      of people crapping their pants.

  • some goth guy

I has fullscreen'd it. I has shat myself.

  • eDubya72

How is this person not screaming? I would have most definitely shat my pants.

    • Wally

More proof it probably IS in Japan. Most North 'Mericans WOULD be freakin'!

    • rrrraf

cause air blowing to the camera mike is distorting all the sound

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1521060132 Sterling Crawford

Hard to let a roller coaster scare you, when Godzilla regularly attacks.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000681927439 Kyle Shubert

That seems like a kickass ride! Sadly it would never be built here in the U.S. All they build here are rides that last about 30 – 45 seconds and barely scare you 😦 (save for a few exceptions)

    • Jim

What about Fahrenheit at Hershey Park? It is of similar design, although doesn't feature the initial launch section. Fahrenheit drops you 97° and has a ride time of about 1:25 min.

    • Derek

Millennium Force at Cedar Point is the bomb

      • Bryan

You beat me to it. Cedar Point has some amazing rides. If you haven't been there or heard of it, then you need to check it out!

    • clay

Bush Gardens Williamsburg has the Griffon, with a vertical style drop. Except its "car" is only 3 or 4 rows deep and about 10 seats across. Sit on the very end. When you hit the peak they stop it completely for a few seconds, giving you just enough time to look around. If you are on the end, you are hanging way off the rails, so looking down all you see is your feet and the earth. Then you hear a 'click' and a-whole-lotta ffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!

  • Jon

yeah i don't think i would get on something like that. no thanks

  • milly

  • mcfierce24

I would fly to Japan just to ride that coaster

  • Eric

Actually, the coaster seems like a waste of time to me, its long because it's slow and does the same turn 7 times, sure you go past 90 degree drop, but what is it, 150 foot drop…

  • mickied

its it Fuji Q just next to Mount Fuji surprisingly. They also have the world record for the tallest ride, Fujiyama and another insane one but can remember its names. Another is launched by the same system as a jet fighter off a aircraft carrier. insane roller coasters……

    • ibangahapa

The only problem with building Cedar Point Japan is the surprisingly active fault-lines in that country. They average more than 2 earthquakes per DAY. I don't think I want to to be riding a rollercoaster the day that the next BIG earthquake hits.

    • Justin

Lier. Tallest ride is held by a park in New Jersey sadly….

    • shoestring30

The tallest ride is Kingda Ka in Six Flags New Jersey. The longest right is at some Spa Park in Japan called Steel Dragon, and the fastest ride is in UAE is some Farrari ride. Man, you are on top of your game today.

      • RollerCoastersRock

at one point Fuji-Q did have the tallest roller coaster, the fastest with that jet fighter launch system and a roller coaster that had the world record for most loops/inverts. I don't believe any of those coasters still have the records but at one point when they were built they did. I rode all three and were extremely bad ass

  • Elv

    No screaming, weird… why ?

    • Wing Zero

After Tsunamis, Earthquakes, the Atomic Bomb, and multiple Godzilla attacks, It's just really hard to shock the Japanese.

      • Ocker

        Winner Comment of the Day!

        • Tober

I have so much potential… please wait before you go out handling titles all willy nilly.

    • Chuck Taylor

Screaming on a coaster is considered dishonorable.

    • TPS

He is, just so high that only dogs can hear.

    • https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1034351326 Robby Baker

umm, mounted camera? or maybe if you test coasters or design them i dont think ud be screaming…

  • -KhmerStory-

Yeah I don't think I'll be visiting that attraction… I get sick from the Ferris Wheel.

  • Brian King

Would you rather? – Ride this ride non-stop for a day or a night with Paula?!?

    • rshart

      there is no debate there

  • nef

looks very similar to Maverick at cedar point. no surprise people copy cedar point and go a foot taller or a degree steeper. whoopdie f' in do

    • 777times

      'merica. always one step behind.

      • wuzzman16

they weren't one step behind when they invented the design three years ago

    • Jingles

I was luckily at Cedar Point a few weeks after the Maverick opened. After I finally got to the front of the line (it kept breaking down all day long), that drop blew me away. By far the smoothest coaster I've ever ridden, although my favorite is still the Millenium Force.

      • nef

same thing happend to me and i agree with you 100 %

  • http://www.isexy.com iSexyDude

Dear Chive, I did not crap my pants, even though I played the video full screen. What's wrong with me ?

    • LuvH8fulChix

      Follow these instructions.
      1. Lower Pants
      2. Remove Dick from Ass
      3. Raise Pants
      4. Crap Pants

  • Donny

I'll crap my pants full screen, small screen, no screen – I don't need a reason, just need the urge.

  • https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100001542124492 Chris Hood

That overly long pause at the big hill is just evil. EVIL, I say!!

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=514615429 Pat Overton

I didn't think you'd get a real perspective just from video, but yeah, pretty damn terrifying Chris.

  • Dr. K

OMG…… This video is enough for me….. No need to take the real ride

  • geowit

    fuck that noise.

  • John Smith

Last summer I tried the "Intimidator" in Carowinds. That was awesome too.

  • http://www.facebook.com/chris.tiearney Chris Tiearney

This is our local one in Johannesburg, South Africa at an amusement park called Gold Reef City:

Very short and basically just for the shits and giggles of doing the drop. Its called the Tower of Terror lol. Never getting on it again!
