The best I can think of is random dude hides razor blades in his money stacks and is very, veeery careful at all times. Random dude tries to mug him and he hands the money over open palmed, mugger grabs money and finds several new very painful cuts bleeding profusely in his hand. Meanwhile random dude kicks his assailant in the groin while he's distracted while yelling "OWNED, BITCH!" and runs off.

It's a dye packet from a bank… I had the misfortune of picking one up once right after a bank robbery.
When I saw it, it was upside down and the top 100's were untouched… however once they are turned into a dye packet they can never be used again…
