these rankings suck. sorry but i would trust playboy's ranking over princeton's…
    case in point: #10 wtf?!

  • Mikey

Ok Im 36 and from the age of 17-22 I partied my ass off between Morgantown,WV and Athens,OH. Ive got to say those were some of the best times of my life. Ohio U has that Halloween party that stands out but WVU seems like a nonstop party. That was years ago tho..guess things change.
#1 doesnt look like a party pic?

    • Adam

I spent 5 glorious years at WVU (and I’m not a doctor) as well as 3 Halloweens at OU. Somehow I’m still alive.

  • tommy2X4

I joined the NAVY. It was not a job, it was an adventure.

    • Mitch

Congrats…you've seen Annapolis like the rest of us.

  • Zack

Why u no put Btown #1? Glad you realize it’s the best.

  • deleted2554590

#4 – She should probably lay off the chocolate sauce.

    • seanrk924

I think she wants a white russian in her mouth

  • I keeps it real!

#2 of all the beautiful women that go to the U of Georgia and you had to pick this picture? not cool.

  • Kris

I suggest next time we add Western Michigan University to this list…

WMU is the biggest party school that I know of. We're called locally "Waste-rn Michigan University" because of our reputation.

  • BadHillbili

    #2 Dawgs indeed.

  • Dapper_Dave

#8 That settles it….I'm enrolling at Florida State University

  • J Green

#1 O-H-I-O is an Ohio State thing, not Ohio U. The hater below must have had his application denied at Ohio State. Go Bucks!

  • mee

IU only gets honorable mention? BOOooooooo!

I know you guys can agree whether its quantity of parties or the level of ridiculousness at said parties, IU has got to be top 10. We did win this thing not to long ago, what happened?

  • Birdhaus32

Madison should have definitely been in the top ten. They have one of the craziest Halloween celebrations in the country

  • Pete

As a recent OU alumni and long time Chiver, I am most displeased with your lack of research. Try again. As for the couple of OSU fanboys out there; We, at Ohio University, party way harder than you. I brag about it every day. Good luck winning this year with Tressel at the helm. Oh Wait…

    • Mikey

I agree Pete. Athens is a true college party town. The party atmosphere is awesome! Ive lived on OSU campus and it does not compare to OU. The Halloween Block Party is the biggest and best party Ive ever been to.

  • oliverklosov

    #8 FSU FTW

  • Smeg

I can't believe that Arizona State University is not on that list!! Wish they had chosen a better representation of my GA Dawgs though!

    • TheTamara

asu starts pregaming for a 7pm kick game at 5pm. no reason to be on the list.

  • tomcaronsgoatee

every person in picture #4 is fat. 'MERICA

  • Brett

I am really surprised CU Boulder is not on that list. I have visited Boulder, but not when the students were there. I am also surprised Wisconsin is that low on the list. My friends from there pride themselves on drinking bars dry when they are traveling to the football bowl game each year.

    • Nina

Boulder is a completely different city during the summer when there's not many students around, but yeah – we totally should have been on that list, especially after being named # 1 party school by Playboy 🙂

  • wuzzman16

We tell the freshman at Michigan Tech that your not at a party school, your at a drinking school. If you want to get drunk and have fun go to State, if you just want to get drunk because your bored you come to Tech.

  • Gooberman

you have a chance to place a pic of some really rockin' hotties from austin, and you go with this guy…err, girl…err…well you know…very disappointing

  • Steve

why did you choose that faggy picture for austin?

  • Bob

#1 – Epic Fail – no OU Bobcat would be caught dead – literally – doing the O-H-I-O garbage

  • Archaeologic

    Hotty Toddy

  • dlindstedt2

The fail in this post is that, really the #1 voted party school isn't even on here…

Its the University of Wisconsin Madison. Sorry Ohio but you fall short again

  • Henry Gibson

Ohio University has been at or near the top of these kinds of lists for generations, and if it's the biggest party school in the country, then we're living in one sad-ass country. OU is a party school, no doubt, but it has only one real party every year, and not nearly the same percentage of parties get out of control like they do at Ohio State, where they either celebrate or rage against a loss of one of their sports teams. You want to see an entire city lose its goddamn mind on an annual basis? Be in Columbus for The Michigan Game.

    • Humbee

Your right in a sense Henry…but OU's campus is so small and I think it adds to the party aurora. While Columbus is a huge campus and things are spread out. In other words you have to walk your ass off to go from party to party while everything is close in Athens. Your for sure right about Halloween as it gives them a big boost in the party rankings. And when you say out of control….I lived on OSU campus and I always ended up in or seeing fights. That is out of control….I like a lil less of that and more party. People at OU could care less about there football and they focus more on the party.

    • joe chiver

      cool story bro

    • Spencer

Palmerfest, Millfest, 8fest, Boogie on the Bricks, and Brew week. Experience all of these you will see why OU is #1! This town is a non stop party, even during the summer when there is no one here.

    • Nick

You sir, have no idea what you're talking about if you think OU only has a Halloween party. I went to OSU and OU is "college life" personified. It's a non stop party.

  • bisketz

    #8 wins in my book!
