A group of zoologists nursed this young seal back from the brink of death. When it was healthy enough it was sent back to the ocean to live out its remaining days a free seal. With a family. And a solid 401k plan, of course.

Hmmm…I live seal = 300 eaten Salmon per year = 6,000 Salmon per 20 year lifespan. "Saved" is a relative term to which species you think is under pressure. Seals are definitely not.

In all seriousness, wouldn't the cute little guy be better off as their pet?
Between orcas, Canadians, and Chivers, this little guy doesn't have much of a life to look forward to.
