You should never let it get that bad. We could see our reflection in the bottom of ours. That's your establishments fault dude.

I used to work at a theater and it would be cleaned twice a day. I can't imagine how long it's been between cleanings but that's awful. You guys need to step it up.

What the? Why do you need to scrub it? There's a powder called Inside Kettle Cleaner – put a lid of it in, fill with water and press the 'clean' button. Not that hard!
