I and others consider me as a hardcore woman, speak my mind even to my bosses, don't like people; but every time I look at this post, I can't help but tear up and even let a few fall. This is torture but the good kind. My kids will never know what that life was like. It's totally awesome to have been alive in that era….Thanks chive. BTW, working out like crazy to someday be a Chivette. Not too long to go now……

#8, we'll be lucky if the new "kids" even appreciate quarters anymore. #19 my intro to gambling! I always got such a rush when I got the star! #25, those ghost traps were the coolest things in the world. From the movie to the animation during the opening credits in the cartoon, just the BEST!

#2…You know how my mom got me to stop playing with these?? She gave me an old school pair with string instead of plastic, "Knuckle busters" she called them. Build up enough steam, and hit yourself once, and the clicking is enough to send you into a fear coma.
