#27 looks like Lando's stunt double, not Boba Fett.

no kidding! I'd love to have that sitting in my backyard…

Actually I read an old article on it. The people involved in building it tried to save it and put in a museum. It was eventually dismantled.

      • Awesome

It was blown up by Luke and Leia pointing the gun into the deck. Duh.

It's a good thing that chain-link fence is there to keep unwelcome visitors out.

    #27 I love this movie!!

And then they used CGI and botched it all up. Amazing how sets look more real than CGI. Wait sets were real. Nevermind.

  • haha

Its really a damn shame that everything is computer generated now, It looked so much better back when it was built by hand tools and not by mouse clicks

  • Dude

I like how there's no green screen behind that thing, all 100% true sand landscape.

  • Chivalrous

I wonder how the acting profession has changed in the last decade with CGI. Now actors are making eye contact with a tennis ball in front of a green screen and directors yell things like "Now the alien is snarling at you. Look scared!"

    • Solitaire

Does that make todays good actors actually amazing actors, or is it the other way around?

  • red4

What are those speeder bikes doing there? I don't remember any showing up outside of Endor.

    • SkinnyG

FedEx foul-up. Turns out the Sarlacc tentacles were sent to the forest set for Endor…

    • Dan Solo

My inner nerdchild was wondering that too.

  • Coldzilla

#13 should read "Carrie Fisher before she went bat shit crazy"

  • Nicnac

And then George Lucas changed it all and made Hollywood worse…

  • Cory

Yeaaaaaaa, #27 isn't Fett. And these pics came out early last week. Way to be on the ball.
