First! These people literally live down the road from me in Graves County, KY. They were arrested for not putting reflective tape or an orange triangle on their buggies. Every night I go to school, there are 5 or 6 buggies out and I almost hit them every time! They have little kids in the buggies….2 buggies have already been hit. I'm not understanding why they don't pay taxes yet they use our tax payer roads and don't follow our safety laws…
