Amazing house, but based on the history of homes in Laguna sliding down the hill, I'd probably spend the money on a place up the road in Corona Del Mar.

Looks like the maintenance could be a bitch. But it would still be a fantastic place to live if it wasn't in California. These days, CA is reported to be the worst place state/local governments-wise. They've totally lost it. No balls, no brains, no common sense when it comes to wise spending of what little money they have left.
