#20 There are like 1000 of those signs around my city, how the hell did that crap make it on WTF Signs and my pic of a church's sign saying "Jesus says hate your mother" didn't? I mean really WTF?

    • RobTalk

I've never seen a road sign like that, ever.

    • humblemonkey42

That's in Alachua, Florida. They make motorcycle seats. I laughed my ass off every day when I passed their place of business and saw the sign. Chive on!!

  • Lia

#11 As much as I *hate* the droopy pants thing…I find the thought of a “Metropolitan Etiquette Authority” terrifying. Thank goodness than sort of thing is only manifested through wishful thinking and not force of law…yet….

    • it's the grannies

You assume the method of enforcement would be the same draconian law enforcement methods the rest of the United States is quite happy to accept as normal.

Here in England, we know that kind of thing is best enforced with a group of grannies tutting and tsking under their umbrellas as they pass.

        Really? Please explain Chavs then……

The was a law passed in Albany, Ga (near Atlanta) that fines people who's pants are noticeably sagging. In the past year they've collected nearly $4000.00.
First offense is $25.00 (or 40 hrs community service), second is up to $200.00.

      • THIS IS MADNESS!!!

I really hope that this is one of those instances where I stumble upon a nugget of information in the internet that I am to lazy to investigate, so i just say really? Then someone goes yes because everything on the internet is true which dispels my growing anxiety.

The pants thing has been going on long enough. Skip the pants, just wear the shorts.
I asked why once and was told they dress like that so as not to look like Red-Necks.
I responded that at least us Red-Necks can run a bit if we have to.

      • Toll of Truth

The irony here, is the black kid wearing his pants that low can run faster than any redneck in your state.
