With the exception of the "screaming fire in a crowded theater" example (as in things that endanger the public welfare) you are absolutely allowed to speak your mind in this country.

If you think your right to free speech is oppressed, remember there are countries where Keith Olberman, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Bill Maher, Jon Stewart and everyone else who likes to publicly criticize the government would have been executed a long time ago for acts of sedition against the state….

You're still allowed to voice your opinion in this country. Whether your opinion has any real weight is another issue altogether.

The First Amendment unfortunately protects those WBC asshats who like to picket at the funerals of dead servicemen. Remember that the next time you feel like bitching about the govt. denying your right to free speech.

I dunno about exit through gift shop….its kinda sad.i think it shows how mr. douchebag bit off of banksys style and made a lot of money doing it, and did it for moneys sake not so much for the thrill and concept of displaying awesome ideas through art in illegal means…Its cool how that guy doesnt rat on banksy for the disneyland thing, and how he appears to love doing it on the street first,but if you notice banksy's attitude toward the end its more like amused disgust at the fact that he churns out all that art fast and without much thought and then sells everything in art venues and doesnt do any street pieces at all..

Im a graffiti artist and there is no way dude made is 'S' look like that with a maker or a spray can. makers have two consistionces and spray can flare and if youre a really good graffiti writer then you wont get any drips. Its shopped, but very well done too.

That tag is doing no harm. I'm sure not one single person outside of those involved even knew that was there before pic's were posted. Hell, most people are nose deep in there triple espresso, half whip, end around double whammy burger and jumbo fat fries, blathering away on their smart phone whilst they drive to and from their mundane 9-5 jobs to be bothered with some artist putting his mark on that "Landmark" you most likely take for granted. I envy the fearlessness he showed, and the view he certainly enjoyed. If it is real, I mean.
