    Well first of all you need to make a list off all the reasons you want to lose weghit, so you don’t lose sight of why your doing it. Then you need to make a clear (and realistic) plan of how much you want to lose by what time eg 5lbs in the next two weeks and then weghit by next month etc. You need to realize there is no quick fix answer just time and dedication.But here are a few tips:-drink lots of green tea- 6/7 cups a day burns off up to 80 calories!-drink lots of water (up to 2L a day), a few glasses before each meal to fill you up but not during as this slows down digestion-make sure you get your five a day, but more than that is great-don’t cut out carbs altogether as wholegrain rice/pasta is extremely good for you and fills you up longer-similarly don’t totally cut out dairy, cut down but ,make sure you have some-have a little of something you really love every 2 weeks (very small portion though) as a reward and you are more likely to succeed-exercise but build up to it, don’t do too much too quick maybe go swimming more often if thats what you like doing, walk more or maybe try running or jogging. Or you could join a class like yoga or aquafit or something like that-keep a food diary.. i found this really helps..be totally honest so you can figure out problem foods and why you eat themlastly don’t get too stressed, if you really want to lose weghit realize your in it for the long haul good things come to those who waitgood luck and no matter what stay happyxx Was this answer helpful?
