A note on Sexy Chivers…

Leo and I are currently in New York because we’ve been invited to Ground Zero to visit the 9-11 Memorial tomorrow. We’ll be sure to bring you photos of this and we’re honored to have this opportunity to remember our fallen Americans. As a result, there won’t be a Sexy Chivers tomorrow, all apologies there.

I promise to bring you a biggie-sized SC next Friday to restore balance to the force. We’ll have our usual awesome posts and the HQ DAR, Leo is sitting across from me now cooking up a very nice looking Yoga Pants post as we speak.

Maybe its just me, im happy you two got to go, thats an honor, but its still super f’d up that a lot of the people that put their lives on the line on that day, are not invited or allowed to be there, they are the ones that should be there!! And everyones worried about a SC post, give it a rest, you guys better get some awesome pics for us at least!!

I rode a motorcycle from Seattle to New York with hundreds of other firefighters and could not visit ground zero. I went 10 years ago and helped dig for survivors. You get to go but we could not? WTF!
