Looking good, nice change keep posting.

  • nice transformation

nice transformation, now show us the backside! please.

  • Aloise

It's too bad the stigma of modern looks has turned into girls having to change, when clearly, you're good in both photos.

  • Master_Rahl

I have to agree with Aloise. This is a pair of attractive shots. Don't see anything wrong with the "before" pic. Nice thick legs, not fat, just thick. I'm sure that the "after" shot lessened the amount of behind available, too. Oh well, this Chiver digs a little meat on them bones.

  • podexperfectussum

    I prefer the before.

yes, i do prefer the before, i like a full woman, don't really like the look of a little girl i might brake in two!!

  • Eagleheart

    BOOOO Before Was Better

  • Queue

    I'm down with either, really.

  • Tom

Before is by far the best. Nothing wrong with a little extra.

  • Jason

Master Rahl, you said the reason most girls lose weight when nothing is wrong with their look, the word thick is bad to them. I vote we can come up with a word that girl will like to keep them thick and not scrawny like the after pic. I vote before

  • Micky

I think an in between would've been perfect, but congratulations for doing what you did I know it mustn't have been easy.

  • Alex

Looks great in both. I'm sure she feels better after her achievement though, and that's what matters.

  • oxsign

    B for By far.

  • caesar

in my opinion the before was way more attractive. skinny girls nothing to offer, too bad girls look up to the media and the needs of society as being skinny too much. ask a guy before loosing that much weight xD

  • andrew

I stare at this picture for a long time (not in a creepy way) and i was hoping that this picture was photo shopped and you kept with the before but if not shopped then you still can get it. CHIVE ON!

  • Nathan

i want to know how much time is between the before and after, how long did it take you to get that kind of progress. Regardless of what anyone else says i respect the hard work and dedication it takes to get those kind of results. you look great hope to see more posts.

  • Chuck

    Good job.

  • Dan

    bravo!

  • Zmarrs

Not "thick" in the first and by no means "scrawny" in the second. It's stupid selfish people telling her she's doing something wrong or right because it's not your personal preferred body type that causes people to go to unhealthy measures to change their body. You look beautiful in both and the best sign is that you're confident enough to show your body and try to become the person you want to be.

To everyone who wants to put her down for losing weight, learn that your words and opinions can hurt people.

  • Lockabilly

The main thing is that you should feel good, no matter if you have some extra pounds or not.
If you feel better now – great!
You can be proud of you! :)

  • Steven

You look fantastic in both, congrats on your achievment.

  • Hayley

I'd like to know how this was achieved!!!!???? =O

  • cbear

    me too!!!!

  • Afo

She obviously lost weight because she wanted to, nothing fun about being over weight even if it's only a little. I like the after more, simply because you deserve some praise ;) good job!
