I spend my entire childhood in the back of the those tank sized woody stationwagons – facing backwards, the only fresh air, exhaust from back window… My brother flicking the back of my head, my sister humming annoyingly. The other 3 siblings fighting " she's breathing on me!!" "He's looking at me!" "Moooommmm, tell him to cut it out!" …….Ironically, when I was 11 years old I was hit by one of these beasts while crossing the street, it sent me flying over the hood and through the air.
