How did this guy/girl lose the weight in just two years? Allegedly it is possible to lose the mass by switching out the testosterone for estrogen (and this is what you do with HRT) and by stopping all lifting and excessive working out. Human muscles can atrophy within a couple of months if you are out of the gym, and your body can seriously deflate.

I'm proud of this guy, he's not flamboyant, he's not in anyones face, and he did what he really wanted to do. He clearly knows how hard work and dedication pays off in both his lifting days and the days of his transfomation. I hope his friends and famz supported him, and i Hope the rest of us Chivers do too.
