Not saying this is how s/he did it but… You could beam a picture from your computer onto the white board and trace it and get these nice results

Probably not that long if they used a projector to put the source artwork right on the board. After that, it's basically a coloring book.

Actually, you don't know what they do. They might be even better at that. It almost certianly pays better.
