#2 lambchop was around for a very long time

    • MonkeyMadness

Lambchop was not always kid friendly either. Shari Lewis was a lot more crude back then.

      • the other OTHER Jen

omg, im singing that damn song in my head!!!

        • Underbaker

This is the song that… (damn you)

when I was like 3 years old, I would wake up in the middle of the night and just go watch tv because I couldn't sleep. the only thing I could find was #12 which crept me out a little at first, and then after about 4 minutes I just got used to it. The last time I did that my dad came into the living room and watched with me for a little. he eventually did the right thing and told me to go to bed. what was being shown on tv was a guy being cut up by a crazy doctor or something while he was still conscious.

    • Guile n funk

      Cool story bro!

    • Guest

      Hello boys and ghouls!!

    • riverdog

i bet the episdoe you saw was Abra Cadaver. it rocks. doctor performs an autopsy on a guy who is awake. in fact, it is his brother. google images and your three-year-old inner self will shriek in remembrance.

    • AmBush Steve

I'm wondering if Bob intentionally put #11 & #12 together. It looks like a happy couple.

      Stop…………HAMMER TIME..!

    • Rafael_RS

definetly not sold in Brasil or I would have one

    • Ned Flanders

Buzz Killington here just to remind you that those are "Genie" pants or "Hammer" pants. Parachute pants are the ones that Eddir Murphy wore back in the day. Tight nylon pants with zippers all over them.

Yeah, right? Who knew April had that kind of smokin' bod??? Makes you want to join up with the bad guys,

      • SlimtwigMJ

Google April O'Neil. NSFW. You're welcome.

    • MattKL

Nothin' weird about getting that way around April O'Neil. That pinball game always got my attention as a kid.

    • Jay

Rule #34 strikes again. And my innocent childhood memories are tainted once again.

  • Ross

    #1 Second gen gun. N00b.

The last pic, that owl wasted so much time in Ocarina of Time. Still my favorite 64 game.

you can totally see the i-phone being used to take the pic reflected in the screen…. just saying

  • Brianne

I had a lamb chop and Charlie horse puppet growing up but then my sister stained the Charlie horse so he looked like he shit his pants

  • dashete

#22 Yes but they also looked like Corey Haim so let's not get too lofty about the 80's

    • Kenny

How the hell does Stallone look like Corey Haim? Stallone could kick Haim's ass.

    • Mito

When did Corey Haim ever play a movie hero?

      • Matt Hemingway

Pattinson isn't a hero either. He plays a damn vampire in a movie marketed for women. Classic action heroes just don't exist anymore. Modern heroes are more in the shades of gray and relatable to every day people.

        • Underbaker

          Yes they do…

        • Travis

Jason Statham??? Come on, that dude is all man

          • Unfkngblvbl

You're right…there's still one left. I remember wanting to be old enough to lift weights and get ripped like them. Now kids want to be vampires. WTF happened?

    • MattKL

Clearly you were watching the wrong movies.

  • debetz

    #6 Ohhh yeaaaaaaaaaaah

  • g3nXsLack3r

#27 I never really thought about that, but you used to see kids having birthday parties in a McDonald's all the time. A lot of the McDonald's in my area even had special community events and celebrations throughout the year. I can't even remember the last time I've seen anything like that at a McDonald's. Not to be the typical "I remember when I was a kid" guy, but it seems like life in the 80's was so much simpler. Kids today are so jaded and demanding. This picture today would be 10 kids with their faces buried in their cell phones as they "Like" posts on Facebook and text other kids who aren't there because apparently the kids and adults they're with right now bore the shit out of them.

    • Kenny

      Amen, Brother.

    • AsciiAdam

I can tell you that I had more than one birthday party at McDonalds. I still wish I had the Admiral Ackbar T-shirt I got for my 8th (I think) birthday there.

    • Walker

Well said man. I had a bday party at McDons back in '88 when I turned 5, it was awesome.

    • Twiztidct

We have a Maccas near us and almost every weekend you will see the kids playing on the grass with a Maccas staff member. It looks like the same games I remember playing when I had a birthday party there 20 years ago. I don't know if it just an Australian thing or not, but it very much is still happening near me.

    • Jack_LeMac

      5th birthday was at Mazzio's

  • whyme1973

#15 Is that a brand new spittoon?

    • Brian

Yup. You know there's some dippin and chewin going on there. Check out the vintage West VA kitchen tile. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

  • Havaard

    Where are the transformers? 😦

  • The Bandit

#7…Ernest! RIP Jim Varney….you are missed!
#11 …let off some steam, Bennett!

  • Mito

#7 Jim Varney or Mike Rowe?

    • Underbaker

Definitely Jim Varney aka Earnest P. Worrell, Slinky the Dog (Toy Story), Cooter (Simpsons), Jed Clampett (The Beverly Hillbillies movie) and many other wonderful charecters.

    • http://www.myspace.com/theamericanmaniacs BentWrenches

      Funny,I see the resemblance.

    • Franklin1138

If you have to ask, you don't deserve to know the answer. Seriously.

#2 How old is that sock? If I had a sock on my hand for 20 years, it would be talking too.

    • Lisa

looks like someone needs a new nicotine patch

  • james mfp

This is bs…#1, they didn’t adopt asian babies when I was a kid.

  • stabbyjake

#19 That's either a really small Star Destroyer…or a really big Falcon. In those days, though, I don't think it really mattered…you were happy just to have any type of Star Wars sh*t…
