My Uncle, Grandfather, father, friends, and other distant relatives are soldiers, and I've had to live over seas too being a dependent. But most of the time they aren't making sacrifices for this countries freedom. I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but most of the wars and peacekeeping operations have nothing to do with America's freedom. Sometimes with it's overall security sure through keeping oil flowing and allied countries alive but that's it.
