Sculptor Stuart Murdoch utilized 26 liters of glue, over 10,000 nails, 15 liters of paint, 80 square meters of steel and 5,013 staples to create the piece, taking three weeks to complete it.  Part of the celebrations to launch a national egg and spoon race on March 4 will raise money for 'Help for Heroes', the tank will be on display at the family event at Clapham Common in London. Wittily named ‘Eggs for Soldiers’, it was set up last year to help raise funds for 'Help for Heroes'.
