How do we know he's really using both hands? It's stop motion. At one point he made a hand gesture and a load of trees appeared. Either he's magic or a lieing bastard.

o the is ambidextrous and used stop motion for visual appeal, and to speed up the process to fit all of that in to the short time span.

I agree, not convinced unless i see real-time. No doubt he has talent but with stop motion he could make it look like he was painting with his mouth and toes.
