    • Underbaker

I don't think the vacationing vampires are going to appreciate you ruining their winter retreat.

  • itstanrum

    Intro of whiteness…

  • Funk Monkey

I don't really know anything about light reflection or refraction (whichever is the more common term in this case) but wouldn't a convexly curved mirror allow sunlight to be shone on more of the town?

    • The engineer

      D'oh!

    • CaptainInsano

      Probably a lot more expensive

  • itscaleb1984

No, that big bright light is not for target practice…

  • Unfkngblvbl

    that's gonna burn

  • Royce

Don't worry. He'd shoot his eye out.

  • Bob

It's no Angelina Jolie's right leg.

  • JayDee

Would have been funny if it concentrated the sunlight and set the village on fire.

Or, you could just fucking move to where its sunny.

    • AnyoneForCoffee

Yeah, because upheaving the entire village would be a *lot* easier than merely installing a mirror on a hillside.

I genuinely see no flaw in your suggestion, sir!

      • ****

yea.. but make it makes you wonder why they settled there in the first place, unless this is some new geological phenomena to the village.

    • ancientlegacy

      There's a better way…

  • Zedhere

very old news… they build this thing in 2006… way to stay current, chive.

    • truth

Chive is not a news blog and you are not Walter Cronkite. Get over yourself.

  • Royce

Building a city where there's no sun? Kind of like building New Orleans below sea level… It just shouldn't happen. Doh.

    • Dick Salad

This comment was way cooler when you made it on youtube…

  • Count Dracula

    Crap! Time to move again.

  • dorkheimervanjensen

    • Billy

No wonder it's so depressing here.

    • ArticJester

I live in Ireland, we haven't seen the sun since the great summer of 1992. Best three days ever.

      • _maxPain_

actually made me laugh,, I know Ireland can be cloudy but the folks are so lightened up and warm,,you do just fine without heavy dosages of UV rays…

  • oli

  • Rinkelstein
