#52 is wrong. The mosquito kills more people than any other animal.

    • Underbaker

      I thought they were insects?

      • IamAwesome

        Kingdom -> Animalia

        An insect is an animal

        • Underbaker

Well if we are going biological then Human is also part of Animalia and we are much more dangerous when it comes to killing off other animals.

But since most of us aren't Biologist I think the third definition at Dictionary.com is what most people think of when referring to animal.
"3. a mammal, as opposed to a fish, bird, etc. "

#12 – Sad, isn't it? People forget that the 1930's was the era of the Great Depression. Germany's economy was in shambles both because of the depression and its war reparations payments. Hitler and his finance minister, Albert Speer, turned Germany's economy around so miraculously that the effect was called the Economic Wonder. – See what happens when people think only in terms of money?!

#14 – Does anyone know moreabout this factoid?

#28 no wonder they are going out of business

    • LucretiusCaro

They're going out of business because congress has essentially hobbled them economically. They steal profits from the USPS to pay down short term borrowing debt for Social Security to make the books come out more even and they forced them recently to pay $5+ billion dollars in prepayments for health insurance for employees they might not hire until 2039, if at all. If any other board of directors ran a business like that they'd be taken out into a back alley and shot.

      • coinbank

that is helping accelerate the problem however the underlying issue really is that it is costing more to run the post office than they are receiving in revenue each year because of the underlying issue that no one is using the mail as much as they had in the past. When was the last time you paid a bill through the mail. For me it has been like 5 years

        • LucretiusCaro

See…that's where you're wrong. The USPS actually runs at an operational profit. Congress just insists on siphoning all of it at every turn. The USPS is mandated to be profit neutral, of course, which is how Congress justifies taking all the operational profits. That's fine and dandy, but then they continue to rob it blind after skimming the top.

Take out that $5.5 billion and the USPS actually MAKES $1 billion in operation profits.

Yea iron in a nail is metal as iron in your body goes by the same name and elemental not chemical make up but is bioiron. It’s super expensive too! I a little test to get the bio iron to come is to hold a marget in your palm and hold it all the way I’m front of you and you will feel the weight of your arm change as to bioiron pools in your hand
