I'm calling BS.
No curtains in the house, nothing in the yard. Doesn't appear to be occupied.
Why cut down this gorgeous, giant tree unless you're clearing the land to build.
"Lumberjack" finishes the job with an axe? I'm not aware that is s.o.p.
On a job like this, with such a huge tree so close to an occupied dwelling, you'd surely cover your bases with a guy-line to ensure the fall.
Everything about this seems hinky.

Should have had the top of the tree (or at least close to the top) hooked up to a truck to pull it towards the huge as yard. The chain would have to be long as shit and pretty tough, but it would be cheaper than building a new house
