Thats always been the cool thing about Benicio Del Toro. He believes in using real effects as much as possible instead of letting CG do all the work.

Pan's Labyrinth was amazing. Brutal as well. Definitely old fairy tale sensibilities. Doug Jones is unbelievable in everything he does. Hellboy, Pan's Labyrinth, Fantastic Four, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, so many to name. Even in Fallout: Nuka Break (the webseries) where he played a >gasp< human. He makes the fantasy into reality. Truly gifted.

Sorry. This was the goddamn worst movie I have ever seen. Tried to fall asleep in self-defense, but the horrible music ruined that, too.

Doug Jones on top of all that makeup and body work doesn't speak Spanish either, and had to memorize all his lines phonetically. He, like Andy Serkis, is one of those incredibly underrated actors working harder than alot of the seven- and eight-figure leads.
