I just got back from Mexico last night…..
They do with a lot less!
Nothing here that an extra $12,876 can't build.
    $600 doors, hardwood floors, etc.
As of yesterday, daily wage in Mexico is at $4.50 an hour.
    Still; nice job there.

Uh, where's the 60" flat screen?

Love it, great example of how sustainability and coolness can come together.

Nice idea and execution. Only issue I have with it is the metal lockers in #15; they look tacky. Couldn't they have put a wooded closet in that space?

    TPB Bubbles would be proud…

SO compare #1 and #4 totally different landscape the ground is sloped different. there is now a garge or house behind and a large tree touching the "shed" this is a fake if ask me. Also its not like she cleared everything out and made a cool house. If this is too be believed, she built a large add on and changed the roof and at least 2 complete walls. Should have just built a new house with a great design and then still had a garage if you ask me.

all the people saying fake… yes, gutted and added on to…. but you do realize the shots are from two different perspectives, right? Like, you don't put two giant glass doors on a guest house facing the main house… notice the actual house in the background, the house the garage/new home belongs to? Was that that hard to put together? If you want to complain, complain about the insane amount of detail put in without hiding the steel connections helping to hold up the loft space.

#12…are those framed pillows? Either I'm too much of a guy to get it or its just stupid.

Nice little bachelor pad or a place to put a visitor. I am assuming there is a main house on the premises.

  • Gallus

I am very impressed. The place looks wonderful. But, I could not live in 250 sq, ft. myself.

  • guest81

She forgot to build a kitchen!

  • jehovah

and now charges $1500 a month rent for 250 sqft.

  • Dude

    I'd live there

  • IllinoisChiver

The only think I would change is put in STAIRS! I am not awake enough to figure out a ladder in the morning.

  • high low

This is totally awesome for single people and college students, but not much if you're married with kids.

  • Robert

Looks good to me, both the "house" and the girl.
I could even deal with having the cat around.

  • freddy boy

De la Vega? Wasn't her grandfather Zorro? Beautiful woman regardless.

  • Anonymous
