Yea but there comes a point when students shouldn't have to be taught — if ya keep up w/ the readings (at least partially) and participate in class discussions (at least a 1/3 of the time) — ya might actually learns something on your own. Just about the only thing undergrad did to prepare me for the workforce.

I had some truly amazing Professors who taught exceptionally well and then I had some who were absolute stinkers. I can't recall ever having one who was "so-so". Seems to be pretty binary with them–great or absolute ass.
