I'm very curious as to what type of tool box this is? To me it looks like wood working. Tho other tools I don't recognize.

These are very very rare.
These were typically made by a carpenter Journeyman as his opus magnus piece, to qualify from Journeyman to Master.

They contain every single tool that a carpenter could possibly need, and if it was not in here, from these tools, he could make said tool.
They are not unique to a particular country, but to the trade.

You can purchase replications of these chests, but the original ones are as glorious as any Faberge' egg.
