Well, they wielded them like lightsabers and the hand-to-hand fighting was horrible, but niether of those matter because they were FLAMING SWORDS!

Chive, you've seen the electric ones too, right? (Seriously, some people electrify swords with cables while wearing generators, and others modify blades to hold a charge. It works! It's as awesome as flaming swords.)
