Ahh the good old days when a woman knew her place was in the kitchen, and young women cooked like their mothers, now a days they drink like their fathers
WTF is that thing for? #11
Im pretty sure that was a tool used for phrenology.
So, who was the smart guy that thought putting the drive-in right next to the train track was a good idea??
#11 and men still haven't figured women out…
#27 find them all
Here, it's a reunion photo from 2011:
#31 actually made me tear up abit. We haven't forgotton…
#20 going through this post and listening to "remember the time" man those were the days i still have my hs backback filled with these! great memories! <3
#18 time for a Winston Break Barney!
i meant #30 lol
The 90s are the good old days? I have a picture of myself from that time and it looks the same way.
ChuckECheese's pictures are just shit is all.
#6 I have a completely worthless piece of info to add about this photo. Its a photo by a guy named O. Winston Link and it was shot at a drive in about an hour from where I live. It's actually a composite image. He had to use around 40 flashbulbs to light the train for the shot, which in turn blew out the image projected on the movie screen. He then said, $#!%, I can't have that, so he took another shot of the theater during the daytime and pulled a snazzy cut and paste for the final image. I know this because I am a vat of useless knowledge.
Actually, he wanted the plane in the picture. But it is a cut and paste on the screen.
"Greg honey, is it supposed to be that soft?"
Yup, before the days of cell phones, PDA's, texting, twitter, facebook, you tube. Very much a simpler time. Too bad we can't get back to that cause this let'n me know you "checked in at the gym" shit is ridiculous.
#11 wtf is that
#25 OK kids, that curly thing attached to the phone is a….ehh nevermind.
Why is the ShamWow guy feeling up that lady's thigh?
#20 stanky leg??
Chive as culture! Who would have thunk it? O. Winston Link print. Series on the waning days of steam. Medium B & W photog. This one with 3 forms of transportation. If you look real close the engineer is looking back at the screen.
#30 i still know how to make this! <3
#16 Old fashioned duckface
Back in the good ole days.
#2 – A reminder that not all old days were good.
#3 – I have driven several 1930's vintage cars. They are a lot of fun to drive and ride in – except up hill. But those old buggies could go places a lot of modern SUV's can't.
