I clicked so that I could express my displeasure with yet MORE cat posts. It's bad enough half of Saturday is surrendered to this nonsense. The Chive can at least try to keep the lame-o cat bullshit relegated to the weekends. wtf.

I'm not sure if you could be more wrong about this, but I don't think so. A significant majority of the women who scan the Chive do so because of the hot chicks for one or two reasons:

1. They are attracted to hot chicks

2. They think they are hot chicks and are comparing themselves to the other hot chicks and thinking, "I'm hotter than that chick. I will post and prove it."

You really think they come to look at cats and then say to themselves, "Ohhhh…that's so sweet of them to post cats. I should repay by getting nearly naked and sending in pics."

As a Chivette, I have to say, if I wanted to see lots of cat pics I would go to LOLcats. If I want to see girly stuff, I go to the Berry. When I want dirty humor and hot chicks, I come to the Chive.

That said, I can't deny my love of the dare you not to say aw posts.
