Many of these are very sterile and cold feeling. Chicks don't dig that, man. Might be cool in a guys eyes, but save for the cool pools, girls want warm cozy feeling places that make her want to be there longer than your orgasm.

These would all be absolutely awful "bachelor pads". First, they're way too big. That's just inviting women to think they can move in and fill it with their stuff. Second, these places are way too clean. Every bachelor's home should be somewhat dirty, to discourage women from staying there too long. Third, these places are way too costly – every gold-digger will be after you.

Remember guys: your pad should be: very small; slightly dirty; and giving off a slight impression of poverty.

I notice a distinct lack of large screen TVs in these places…how is it an ideal bachelor pad with nowhere to watch sports? (#19 excepted)
