: Leave it to France to come up with one of the more bizarre hotels on the planet. That’s right, for only 99 euros a night ($148) you too can stay at the Hamster Hotel. The hotel allows guests the ability to live like a rodent, literally, by using their various hamster accouterments such as a hamster wheel, a metal water spigot, and a bathroom with a large container of wood chips. Guests are also given hamster masks during their stay — naturally.

The rest of the hotel is a series of plastic tubes and globes you can run through. If you need a lift to town, they have a giant plastic ball you run in.
