"I'm sure that in 1985, plutonium is available in every corner drugstore, but in 1955, it's a little hard to come by. "
Damn, loved that trilogy (although the second was all over the place). Seeing these gave me the oddest sense of…. melancholy for some reason.
I love this trilogy so much. It made my childhood.
Not Drew Carey , Duh …. Try the director of the film Robert Zemeckis ……
My shares of BiffCo are killing it in the market. I might be able to afford Cubs season tickets when they win the World Series against Miami in 2015
I am dreading when they make a reboot of this movie. Which they will because Hollywood has no soul.
Anyone remember the cartoon they briefly made?
this post is amazing! I read an interview where zemeckis came up with the idea for the first movie after he found his father's old yearbook and his father was a total dork (chess club, etc), and he thought, "I wonder what it would be like to meet my dad back when we were both in high school. time travel wasn't considered at first, but a dream sequence. But eventually he and spielberg hashed out one of the best ideas of all time and decided to "build a time machine… out of a delorean!?"
#23 magnum or blue steel?
No, thats more of a softer look he uses for catalogues.
frankus, I'm ashamed you can't tell the difference… it's obviously Magnum.
Watch out! Zombie apocalypse coming. I see the Umbrella Corporation is on set.
No pictures from the first movie… They filmed 2 and 3 at the same time in 1988 and obviously took a ton of awesome pictures. Gotta love Mad Dog #22
#19 Front photobomb. Nice
I still want a DeLoren and that jacket!
soo awesome…made my day…top fav posts
Fun BTTF fact.
The set used for BTTF 3 was destroyed in a fire, because it was hit by lightning. Appropriate.
#24 Modern day hipster
Robot Chicken, lol
Great Scott!!! This is an awesome gallery, you win again Chive
#23 Blue Steel
#4 #20 #34 Other kids always get the best toys…
My formative years would have never been the same if it wasn't for these films, nor would my adult life. If I had the chance, I would sincerely thank every single person involved in these productions. The imagination of these films has had me gob-smacked even to this day. When everything in Hollywood is recycled crap, at least this was pure and awesome. Show me a person who hates the trilogy, and I will show you an idiot
@hank442 don't be an ass. Not cool
#40 So the Umbrella Corporation was involved with production? Explains what happened to the always-awesome Michael J. Fox.
Best trilogy ever!!!!
