The Toys R Us in Lafayette, Indiana has this beat. It shares a parking lot with a porn store and also has several strip clubs just down the street. I remember asking my mom to take me into the porn store when I was a kid because their sign said "toys" on it. She always said no. And Hooters is just across the road that runs behind Toys R Us although they don't share a sign.
