When Midshipman and Chiver Mitchell Kempisty saw that the Naval Academy was holding a Katy Perry look-a-like contest, the window for trolling was left wide open. The winner of the competition would go on to meet Katy Perry at a special concert she was performing for the Naval Academy, submissions began rolling in. Kempisty and a couple of buddies snapped a few glamour shots recreating Perry's One of the Boys album cover. The results were uncanny, an emasculated doppelganger of Perry herself.

However, compared to the other submissions, Kempisty's competition would be a tough road to victory, that is, unless he could get the Chivers to help him win.
