Construction isn’t always well thought out (40 Photos)

I don't know what's going on in #17, #19, or #40.

the sad/funny thing about most of these photos, are that I recognize them as things you see in every Russian city.

This is embarrassing. I built four of those things.

You guys have run bunches of these these type photos before, but I gotta tell ya, this pile's the best so far. Some of these are so inexplicable I can't even figure out how to write what comes after WTF.

#5, where's Oshea when you need em? They'll get ya for having your shoe untied but these guys get away with this. Come on, really.
