This is practicing surgery without a license. What happens if this guy gets an infection a the incision site? Was the area properly disinfected and sterilized? Was the implant and scalpel/forceps, etc autoclaved?

An infection by any number of normal skin flora; staph, strep, pseudomonas, propionibacterium and actinomyces can all cause bad infections. As a clinical microbiologist, I simply cringe at seeing stuff like this.
