I have read your story in disbelief. Son, you are fortunate to still be with us. Sustaining such injuries, it is such a miracle. But that is not what brought tears to my eyes. The fact that you wanted to save your buddies lives is the miracle. Our son didn't come home from Iraq. We lost him in 2005. If we could have gotten him back home with these injuries I would have been the happiest Woman alive. I am so proud to have you as my hero. You are a great soldier, an exceptional Citizen and a true Hero. Thank you for your service and your Sacrifice. I honor you.
