yeah that's in Cabo San Lucas, which is in Mexico, and that's in Pesos, so he only spent $7,397.65.

That's definitively In france, St tropez is a famous place.
Dom Pe is "Dom Perignon" Champagne one of the most famous. They drink a Jeroboam (3 Liters) and a mathusalem (6 liters) … so unreal to spend money like this !
