Wow, theChive is lying to us all. Check out red-hot-girls (.com of course). Go to the "Burn those over the shoulders" post. Now check out the "Merry Burnsday!" post here. Most of these pics have been pulled from there, with captions added faking that they are coming from Chivettes!

For those saying that theChive posted it May 31 and they posted June 1, the other site is in Australia (verify at publicdomainregistry [.com]) so they are 17 hours ahead of California and it would have been posted May 31, California time.

This leaves me wondering, how much of the content posted on theChive is fake? I have had suspicions that theChive was just pulling material from other sites but this is concrete proof. And having fake pics supposedly being submitted by Chivettes isn't cool at all. theChive, this is blatant lying to your fans. How long have you been doing this? Is everything on this site fake? How can we trust anything posted on this site anymore?

This is a scandal of unheard proportions. A soft-core erotica site pretending to have class by posting the occasional food or booze memes was stealing pictures from other soft-core erotica sites of the same ilk? Alert the Justice Department!

I don't have a problem with theChive taking pictures from other sites so much as them blatantly LYING by adding captions to them that supposed Chivettes sent them in. How many supposed Chivettes are there? A lot less than theChive lets on to be apparently. theChive wants to be a lot more popular than they really are and think it's okay to lie their loyal fans to do so. I remember them stating a while back that they had "x" amount of visitors to the site but if you looked up any web tracking site, you could easily see that the number was much smaller. It's pathetic really that they have to lie to get people to visit.
