It’s no secret that housing prices in southern California are notoriously, insanely high. Attribute it to the weather, the scenery, the fruits and nuts. The following gallery shows a house for sale in Venice, CA where I currently call home, and another house for sale in Fort Wayne, IN where I was proudly born and raised. Both properties have similar sale prices around $1.4 million.
