The Taylor Morris story: UPDATED

The story of Taylor Morris, the EOD sailor who had all four limbs amputated after an explosion in Afghanistan, has gone viral. I asked the Chivers to donate $30,000 for a down payment on Taylor’s dream cabin. But the Chivers had other ideas.

every one is saying good job chivers, well, good job john! if it werent for john, this wouldnt have gone viral. asking so much and requesting none in return, a sailor who was horribly disfigured didnt have a chance of relief and hope in sight, untill john got ahold of his story and selflessly requested our help for a guy he didnt know, but knew he could change his life with the gift he was given, the assembly of the public masses. well done john, i hope that sometime in my life i can do one better! speedy recover taylor, and if you need anything, we chivers are here to help, thanks to john!

I am going to put this comment on all of the Taylor Morris blurbs, and i challenge everyone who was touched by this story to repost it.

It took me a moment to realize it, but HUGE Kudos needs to go to Taylor's girlfriend Danielle. She showed mental strength many Wives would not have in support of her man. She deserves a lot of credit. She supported him every step of the way. Helping him rehab? LITERALLY carrying him on her back? Smiling all the way?

Talk about a love story! I suggest that everyone chip in another couple of bucks and give this girl a wedding a princess would dream of…
