#5 appears to be the safest of the bunch as at least his weight is on the balconies. All of the others appear to be trusting the A/C mounting brackets which were probably meant to hold 50 lbs with their 150+ lbs on top. Kudos to the poster who pointed out the bent brackets in #13.
