Just a few observations. they were inside the 25' foul line with a digital device, with out an EIC, and without a watchman. They were inside the 4' foul line with out a form B on controlled track. And they were on the track with out a flag man or diversion protection plan, and not in contact with RTC. And clearly they did all of that with out providing for a 15 sec retreat time to a place of refuge.
Note. Do not watch railroad videos after completing heavy rail certification. And never, never mess with trains.
