How does any guy in your office get any work done? Total hottie.

IT girl, I understand the madness/and never ending of Ethernet cable. I work in IT as well, just not with cables. People and Servers are what I get to deal with.

I am not a cable girl.. I am a network engineer that just so happened to be helping out my co-workers recable our data center.. just a thought

Its ok if i had to work with people alot i would make commentary on everything, just hope his network engineer ignores some specific packets and irregular traffice and lets his servers have a meltdown. Got your back from a fellow network engineer.

I wrote that post on my iPhone and reading it back on the computer, it sounds stupid, sorry about that. I understand the pains of Ethernet cables, but once it's all done, the network runs great!! I also work in network ops, and I could be considered an unofficial network engineer. I've done a bit of everything from running cable, wifi encryption and penetration testing, IPv6 and configuring Cisco and Netgear SMB gigabit switches on a 10gigabit MM fiber trunk. IT is where I live, one question, Mac or PC, which is easier to manage remotely from ops?
Also, I'm rebuilding my website- 7tigers.net (going to be advanced computer/network oriented)
But for fun, I've setup some unofficial forums for chivers- 7tigers.net/thechiveforum

Gimme a break, they just need to make their own Cat5/6 or do it right the first time! But I would let her sort a closet anytime. I think she could be doing better things with her IT time!

Wish i had beautiful network engineers i got to work with.

Dear IT Chivette,
Is it ungrateful to keep asking for MOAR? Because I think we all would like it if you were chivette of the week!
IT_Girl
I would love to be chivette of the week. I will continue to submit. Thanks for all the love!
